Cost Controller - Costa Solana Resort

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field;
• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Cost Controller or in cost accounting, preferably in a hotel or resort;
• Knowledgeable of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and purchasing procedures;
• Experience in conducting inventory counts and stock reconciliations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or inventory management systems;
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and POS systems is an advantage;
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting;
• Understanding of internal controls and financial reporting;
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willing to relocate to Pagbilao, Quezon.
