Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Controller to monitor and control food costs, inventory, purchasing, and operational expenses across our restaurant branches. The ideal candidate will help improve profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across restaurant branches.
• Analyze food costs, recipe costs, menu pricing, and gross profit margins.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, wastage, and discrepancies.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Review purchase orders, supplier invoices, delivery notes, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Kitchen, and Operations teams to control costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cost-control experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Experience with restaurant POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID.
