Cost Coordinator/Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Cost Coordinator/Product Engineer to join our dynamic team at Inhesion (Asia) Limited. As a full-time position based in Klang, Selangor, MY, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient coordination of our manufacturing operations and providing specialist expertise on our product range.

What you'll be doing

1. Coordinate the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective workflow
2. Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, logistics, quality control) to identify and resolve any operational issues
3. Product specification and maintain master price list update
4. Update ERP system in database and verify the figure
5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are effectively met
6. Support Operation Team documentation procedure

What we're looking for

1. SPM or above, English speaking in business level
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations or product specialist role
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
5. Proficient in using relevant software and tools for production planning, inventory management and data analysis
6. Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
7. Adaptable to change and able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
