QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
A. Education:
Graduate of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related course
B. Experience:
1 year of experience in Cost Engineering
Knowledgeable in estimate classes, budgeting, CAPEX, forecasting, and cost control
Skilled in invoice processing, cost estimating, SAP, and MS Office
Preferably experienced in using scheduling software
Knowledgeable in Earned Value Management (EVM)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Strong communication and presentation skills
C. Eligibility:
Licensed Civil Engineer
