COST ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

• Required: With license

• Required: With at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Willing to relocate ANYWHERE

• Knowledgeable in quantity surveying principles

• Knows how to use estimating software (e.g., Planswift or Bluebeam)

• Well-versed in utilizing MS Excel and Google Sheet

• Highly adaptable in fast phase work flow and able to communicate professionally

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in preparing cost data for proposals and contract negotiations
• Establish quote priorities based on evaluation and analysis of overall opportunities
• Develop and implement requirements for cost recording, reporting, and analyzing standards, programs, and reports
• Performs performance monitoring and control functions for specific applications, including the consistent use of applicable procedures
• Provide financial reporting, trending data
• Perform data analysis and development
