About the role
We are looking for a Cost Engineer with strong experience in land development and housing construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQ/BOM, quantity takeoffs, and cost analyses, as well as conducting site inspections and surveying works. The role also requires knowledge of soil and site conditions, construction supervision, and other technical aspects of project development.

- Conduct cost analyses
- Conduct site inspections and surveying works
- Assess soil and site conditions
- Provide construction supervision and technical support for project development
About you
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or related field
- Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cost estimation, land development, and housing construction
- Proficient in BOQ/BOM preparation and quantity takeoff
- Knowledgeable in surveying and site/soil assessment
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel
- Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork
- Willing to be assigned to Makati City
