Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in quantity take-off and cost estimation (Structural and Architectural)
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical details
• Familiar with basic costing tools, analysis methods, and budget preparation
• Able to handle at least one (1) active project under supervision
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and participate in training and professional development programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

Construction Budget and Costing

• Generates accurate cost estimates using approved analysis tools based on design plans, specifications, and current market conditions
• Coordinates closely with Design and Engineering (D&E) and project teams for accurate quantity take-offs and cost validation
• Assists in the preparation, review, and issuance of project budgets and cost evaluations
• Ensures compliance with company standards, ethical guidelines, and cost regulations

Customer Focus and Cost Deliverables

• Performs cost deliverables in accordance with design standards and within agreed timelines
• Supports internal stakeholders by providing timely and accurate cost information
• Collaborates with other sections to maintain alignment on project budgets and cost-related concerns

Skill Development and Continuous Improvement

• Participates in trainings, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance technical competencies
• Seeks mentorship and feedback from senior cost engineers and officers
• Identifies opportunities to improve costing processes and contribute to potential cost-saving initiatives

Other Assigned Functions

• Performs additional duties assigned by management in support of cost management and project objectives
