Cost Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimation Engineer to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia .

The successful candidate will have strong experience in cost estimation, tendering, and government projects , along with practical experience working with the Etimad Platform .

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in cost estimation and tendering.

• Strong experience with government projects and tenders .

• Practical experience using the Etimad Platform .

• Strong skills in analyzing and evaluating technical and financial offers .

• Excellent knowledge of BOQ analysis, quantity take-offs, and pricing .

• Good understanding of material, labor, equipment, and project execution costs.

• Ability to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing analysis .

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Previous experience in the construction and contracting industry .

Egyptian nationality is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze government tenders and projects through the Etimad Platform .

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.

• Prepare and analyze BOQs and project pricing .

• Analyze direct and indirect project costs.

• Review and evaluate technical and financial offers.

• Verify quantities, item rates, and pricing accuracy.

• Conduct market price analysis to support tender pricing.

• Prepare cost estimates, financial analyses, and tender reports.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, suppliers, and other relevant departments to obtain accurate pricing.

• Prepare professional recommendations and reports for management.

• Follow up on tender submissions and related requirements throughout the tender process.
