Cost Estimator & Controller

• Prepare and review turnaround cost estimates.
• Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, and drive cost optimization.
• Benchmark costs against historical data and industry standards.
• Monitor actual expenditure, commitments, accruals, and forecasts against approved budgets. Assess the cost impact of scope changes, add-ons, and deletions.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and management insights.
• Identify potential overruns and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of cost-control systems and practices in line with international best practices.
• Maintain a strong focus on EH&S, compliance, safety, and environmental responsibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation/cost control, preferably in turnarounds or maintenance projects in oil and gas or Petrochemical Industry
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, particularly MS Excel
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
