Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cost Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals for construction, maintenance, fabrication, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.
• Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontracting, and other project costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
• Prepare project cost breakdowns and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Review tender requirements and identify commercial risks.
• Maintain updated material, manpower, and equipment rates.
• Support management during tender clarification and commercial negotiations.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost comparison reports.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Quantity Surveying, or related engineering field.
• Previous experience in cost estimation/tendering is required.
• Experience in construction, industrial, maintenance, or contracting companies preferred.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation software will be an advantage.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience preferred.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
