What they need
We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in property, facilities, and construction management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing RFPs/RFQs, managing vendor quotations, and ensuring competitive yet profitable proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in cost estimation, quantity surveying, facilities management, property management, construction, MEPF, or related services.
- Knowledge of MEPF systems, HVAC/ACU, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Fire protection, Building maintenance, Civil works, and Preventive maintenance.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, Terms of Reference, Scope of Work, BOQs, client templates
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
