About us
Nextimates is a construction estimating firm based on College Road, Nashik. We prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S. construction contractors on commercial and multifamily projects, including high-rise work. You’ll work on real U.S. projects from day one and build a specialized skill that is in demand worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Perform digital takeoffs from architectural plans using Bluebeam
• Identify the stucco/EIFS system and scope from drawings and specs
• Build estimates in Excel by linking takeoffs to material and labor sheets
• Make sure no scope, material, or labor item is missed before submission
• Review each estimate with a senior estimator and prepare the submission package
• Track your projects and deadlines in our project management tool

What we’re looking for

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Ability to read architectural drawings, sections, and details
• Working knowledge of Excel. Bluebeam is a plus, and we’ll train you if you don’t know it
• Freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome. Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or site engineering is a plus
• Attention to detail, and comfort with deadlines and multiple projects
• Good written English, since you’ll read U.S. plans and specs

• Salary: ₹15,000-20,000/month for freshers, ₹20,000-25,000/month for candidates with 2+ year of experience in estimating or a related field
