Cost Estimator/ Controller

Task and Responsibilities Required for the Position:

1. Responsible for the Cost, BOQ, Claims and Variation Orders of the Projects.
2. Check remeasured monthly Bill of Quantities prepared by the contractors as the basis for progress billing.
3. Assess the value of work done on the site by the Contractors.
4. Assist and organizing issuance of Interim Payment prior to submit to HO-Contract Team.
5. Responsible for the final BOQ and final cost of the Project. This is reference for the issuance of Statement of Final account (SFA) and Certificate of Completion (CoC) of the Project.

Specific Qualifications Required for the Position, if any:

1. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
2. Direct work experience in cost related works or as a quantity surveyor.
3. Familiar and have hands on experience on checking contractors' payment applications, variation and provision sum proposals, re-measurement works and an overview of the commercial and contractual aspects of works.
4. Have confidence in meeting directly with the contractors and in leading commercial meetings.
