Cost Excellence Manager

Drive global impact through operational excellence At Ivoclar, we are looking for a high-impact Cost Excellence Manager to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and OPEX transformation initiatives across our global organization.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting the implementation of sustainable efficiency measures across functions and regions.

Your role

• Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across all relevant cost areas.
• Lead OPEX and cost optimization programs from analysis to implementation and tracking.
• Partner with business functions to improve cost structures and efficiency.
• Establish cost transparency through KPIs, benchmarking, and reporting tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to senior stakeholders.
• Support global transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare decision proposals and business cases for senior management.

Your profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in cost optimization, consulting, FP&A, controlling, or procurement
• Proven track record in OPEX, cost reduction, or transformation programs
• Strong skills in financial analysis, cost modeling, and benchmarking
• Experience in multinational / matrix organizations
• Excellent intercultural stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, hands-on, and results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
