Cost Manager (Post-Contract) – Data Center

Manage post-contract commercial functions for data center construction projects on behalf of the Employer to drive cost control, contract administration, and variation/payment management to ensure commercial governance and contractual compliance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interim payment applications (IPCs), valuations, and certifications for data center works
• Assess and negotiate variations, change orders, and contractor claims specific to mission-critical/data center scopes
• Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Administer contracts under FIDIC or equivalent standard forms
• Support final account preparation and project close-out
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance, audit, and corporate requirements
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team (PMT), consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on data center project delivery

Skills & Experience

• 8–12 years of Quantity Surveying / Commercial management experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience specifically in data center or mission-critical facility projects
• Strong post-contract track record: payment certification, variations, and claims management
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of FIDIC or standard forms of contract
