Cost Manager (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Cost Manager (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project cost control systems and procedures
• Monitor labor, direct costs, overheads, and expenditures against budgets
• Analyze cost performance to identify trends and potential risks
• Prepare Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and cash flow forecasts
• Support project leadership with cost analysis and financial decision-making
• Compile weekly, monthly, and executive-level cost reports
• Monitor budget performance and analyze earned value and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 8–15 years of project controls, cost management, financial analysis, or program management experience
• Preferred experience with large infrastructure, transportation, aviation, rail, water, or Design-Build projects
• Proficiency in client and subcontractor invoicing processes
• Strong skills in cost control and financial analysis
• Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles
