Job Summary

We are looking for a Costing Analyst to support costing, financial analysis, budgeting activities. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost calculations and commercially sound bidding proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost calculations to support bidding and business proposals.
• Conduct P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Prepare and validate manpower-related cost calculations, including salary, statutory benefits, allowances, overtime, and other employee-related costs.
• Review service-based cost components and validate financial assumptions used in bidding processes.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Procurement, HR, and other departments to gather and validate cost inputs.
• Support the preparation of pricing models and financial scenarios for business opportunities.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and potential margins to support bidding decisions.
• Maintain and update costing data, financial models, and supporting reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data and calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or a related function.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Familiar with manpower-related cost calculations and service-based costing, preferably within a project-based, outsourcing, facility management, or similar industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.
• Good understanding of costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
