What they need
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Costing Supervisory/Financial Planning Specialist roles in a manufacturing company.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and management levels.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting systems.
Fluent in spoken and written English, with experience collaborating in a global business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepared month end closing report & analysis ( Sales / EBIT / Ex NWC/ Ex FCF)
- Preparing and analyze bridge reporting (Actual vs LY and Actual vs Plan).
- Preparing and analyze price index report, incorporate with Sales & Marketing team in problem solving.
- Preparing, compiling, & analyze monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Preparing Capex tracking report
- Preparing Cash flow forecast
- Prepare and submit ad hoc request
- Actively participate in all H&S and Environmental programs.
- Use appropriate PPE as designated area.
- Report any safety or environmental incidents, including accidents, near misses, unsafe actions, and unsafe conditions.
