Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and overheads.
- Analyse MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
- Handle complete tendering process including preparation and submission of bids.
- Prepare commercial and technical offers within project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and evaluate quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.
- Coordinate with GC/PMC/End Clients for project updates and clarifications.
- Maintain tender status, BOQs, estimates and cost records.
- Support bid negotiations, pricing strategies and cost optimisation.
- Provide costing support to project teams during execution.
- Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and industry standards.
