What they need
Min 3+ yrs of relevant experience in Costing, Estimation, Proposal Engg. or Manufacturing Costing, Excellent knowledge of engineering drawings, BOM, material grades. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/similar) and advanced MS Excel costing
Required Candidate profile
Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly cost drivers. Understanding of labour rates, machine-hour rates, and subcontracting cost estimation
