Role & responsibilities

Receive and review Customer Business Inquiry

• Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project scope.
• Analyse material, labour, overhead, and logistics costs for products or services
• Liaise with procurement and production teams to gather up-to-date pricing and timelines.
• Prepare clear and competitive quotations based on cost analysis and pricing strategy while complying company policies and profitability standards.
• Format and present quotes professionally, with necessary terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align pricing with market expectations and profitability goals.
• Support in setting up price lists and periodic pricing reviews.
• Assist in negotiation processes when needed.
• Generate regular reports on inquiry conversion rates, quotation turnaround time, and pricing trends.
