Costing Engineer / Quantity Surveying

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for ACMV systems

Conduct quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings (ducting, piping, equipment, etc.)

Assist with tender submissions, material take-off, and pricing

Coordinate with site/project teams for quantity tracking and cost control

Manage budget monitoring, progress claims, variations, and final accounts

Evaluate and process subcontractor quotations and claims

Attend project and site meetings as needed

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in ACMV or M&E contracting

Knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and installation methods

Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and QS software/tools

Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
