Costing Executive

• Prepare, record, verify, and maintain daily accounting transactions, ensuring accurate and timely completion of the full set of accounts.
• Prepare financial, costing, cash flow, and management reports, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
• Manage project cash flow, monitor project costs, and identify cost overruns and financial risks.
• Monitor project cost control by reviewing costing reports and resolve cost discrepancies, evaluating supplier and material price comparisons, resolve cost discrepancies, supporting procurement decisions.
• Review and update project feasibility analyses using the latest cost and market inputs.
• Monitor project budgets and cost performance to ensure alignment with feasibility and execution costs.
• Prepare cost analysis and performance reports, providing insights to support project planning, investment, and management decision-making.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Economic, Finance, Mathematics/ related study
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
• Computer literate
• Good in analytic skills and strong problem-solving skills
