Costing Executive

Orikam Healthcare India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team in the Manufacturing & Trading sector.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 1-3 Years
Qualification: CMA Inter Both Groups

Key Responsibilities

Costing & MIS

• Prepare monthly stock valuation reports for WIP and inventory.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of physical stock/inventory with book records.
• Conduct audit activities and identify losses, wastage, and variances.
• Perform physical verification of raw material stock as required.
• Prepare MIS reports covering Material, Labour, Overheads, Costing & Inventory Management.
• Analyse cost variances and support effective cost control.

GST & Accounting

• Handle GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing activities.
• Maintain general ledgers and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
• Support day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager/Senior Accountant.
