Costing Executive

Authorize costing and resolve any resulting deviations in order to ensure that the costing is in line with company policies.

Authorize Purchase Orders and resolve the resulting discrepancies to ensure that they are in line with the agreed costing.

Prepare pre-order profitability in order to give management feedback with regard to the next months profits in advance.

Compile raw material stock reviews such as evaluations on remaining stock against completed sales orders, reviews on slow/non moving stock on a monthly basis in order to check effectiveness of stock.

Prepare post order profitability in order to indicate the company’s performance during the previous month as against pre order profitability.

Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, and when requested by management.
