Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation : Analyze and estimate the costs of materials, labor, and overheads required for manufacturing wiring harnesses and foam products. Prepare detailed cost models and reports to support pricing strategies.
• Budget Management : - Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to stay within the allocated budget.
• Financial Analysis : - Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall profitability. Evaluate cost structures and suggest cost reduction measures.
• Supplier Negotiation : - Work with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms, ensuring cost-effective procurement of raw
  materials.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure favorable deals.
• Cost Control : - Implement and monitor cost control measures throughout the production process.
  • Identify and mitigate any cost overruns or inefficiencies.
