Costing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and monitor daily costing reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate and present MIS reports for management decision-making.
• Conduct site-wise cost analysis and highlight key cost drivers.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and analyze stock reports for efficiency and control.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare costing for quotations received from vendors/customers.

Business Process Improvement & ERP Implementation

• Actively participate in ERP system implementation, ensuring costing workflows are mapped correctly.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and validation for ERP migration.
• Support data management and reporting automation.
• Gather and analyze operational data to identify process inefficiencies.
• Provide insights for better strategy formulation and business enhancement.
• Apply critical thinking to improve workflows and compliance processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth ERP adoption.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to take ownership of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Commerce Graduate with CMA / CA Inter qualification.
• 25 years of experience in costing, MIS reporting, or ERP implementation.
