Costing Senior Accountant

1-Minimum 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG and import/export companies.

2-Strong knowledge of product costing and cost analysis.

3-Ability to calculate and analyse product costs, direct and indirect costs, and manufacturing costs.

4-Experience with import costs, landed costs, cost per unit/kg, COGS, and inventory valuation.

5-Ability to allocate overhead costs accurately.

6-Experience in preparing standard-cost and actual-cost comparisons.

7-Ability to analyse cost variances and identify the reasons behind deviations.

8-Ability to monitor material, labour, transportation, customs, storage, and other operational costs.

9-Ability to prepare periodic cost reports and cost variance reports.

10-Ability to analyse profitability by product, customer, branch, or business activity.

11-Ability to assist management with pricing and margin analysis.

12-Understanding of FIFO, weighted-average, and other inventory valuation methods.

13-Ability to calculate landed costs for imported products, including freight, customs, insurance, transportation, and other related expenses.

14-Ability to coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Operations, and Finance departments.

15-Ability to prepare monthly cost-related journal entries and reconciliations.

16-Ability to assist with month-end and year-end closing.

17-Ability to prepare management reports and financial analyses.

18-Strong experience with ERP systems; experience with Odoo versions 17 and 19 is a must.

19-Strong experience with Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills is a must.

20-open to handle multi tasks in a fast proper way, Fast adopt , good communication and soft skills
