Costing, Senior Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. To perform variance investigation, verification and reporting.
2. Perform internal audit task as requested by management.
3. Completion of reports within the timeliness.
4. Policy compliance audit to ensure the SOP is follow and perform accordingly.
5. Perform any assigned task or new direction by Management.
6. Liaise with operation team for justification & verification.
7. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to subordinates.
8. Data collection, verification, analysis and preparing for Factory Operation KPI and Operation Meeting's presentation materials for monthly meeting.
9. Preparing consumption reports for raw material, packaging material, utilities, labour cost and variance analysis.
10. Verification and reconciliation of Finished Goods and Gloves Inventory.
11. Key in and update the data into the system.
12. Data verification and closing of physical stocks for material balancing.
13. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data collection, data reconciliation and data entry.
14. Perform monthly stock count verification.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor of Accounting/Business Admin/Economics.
2. At least 3 years of experience and have strong manufacturing background and relevant industry experiences.
3. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel with good overall computer literacy.
4. Good interpersonal skills with effective communication and coordination with the operation team.
