Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico (On-site / Full-time)
Company Description:
Automotive manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, top-tier product quality, and international compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer quality or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of 8D & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 / Automotive experience is a plus).
- Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
- Valid U.S. Visa is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
- Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Scorecards).
