Costumer Service Facilitator

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4 yr. college graduate of any course
• With pleasing personality
• Personable, flexible, and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment
• Capable of handling front-line customer service functions, including assisting customer needs and inquires
• With good oral and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle basic administrative tasks
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Amenable to work in assigned branch location

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the front desk representative of the branch, handling customer inquiries, concerns, and requests both face-to-face and through phone calls.
• Provides accurate information and ensures a positive customer experience at all times.
• Organizes and manages branch documents such as receipts, petty cash records, and other adminstrative files for submission to the Head Office
• Handles frontline administrative functions, including coordination and processing of branch utility bills (electricity, water, and similar expenses).
• Performs other administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support smooth branch operations

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
