Costumer Service Representative (Cagayan de Oro)

Position Overview

We are looking for customer service representatives to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. This opportunity is open to both experienced applicants and those with no call center or BPO experience. The successful candidate will assist customers, address concerns, and provide quality service while following established account procedures.

• Responsibilities to respond to customer questions and service-related concerns.
• Provide appropriate solutions and accurate information.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Follow account policies, processes, and performance standards.
• Participate in required training and adapt to changing account procedures.

Qualifications

• No call center or BPO experience required.
• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no prior BPO experience.
• High school graduate under the old curriculum or senior high school graduate.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-pace environment.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Cagayan de Oro City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts.
