WE’RE HIRING: CSR / SALES RELATIONSHIP ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: 18th floor One San Miguel Avenue Bldg. Ortigas Center Pasig City
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least Senior High School Grad / College level
- Living near in Ortigas
- Willing on a Shifting Schedule (Morning/ Mid/ Evening Shift)
- Willing to work on a Holidays
- Willing to work Overtime
- Has dedication on His/ Her Application
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through the hotline
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Address customer concerns and concerns professionally
- Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction
- Perform other contact center-related tasks as assigned
