Tekwork Multi-purpose Cooperative is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Staff to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the frontline representative
Key responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner within the Store.
Check and observed on the visitors/customers in the stores .
Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Willing to assign in Ayala Malls, Manila bay Paranaque
Can start asap.
