Sales Head – Job Description

Location: Calicut

Position: Sales Head – Educational Institutions

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

* Manage and motivate a minimum team of 3+ sales employees.

* Set individual and team targets and monitor performance.

* Develop sales strategies to generate new business from educational institutions.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational organizations.

* Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

* Conduct regular team training, reviews, and performance meetings.

* Identify market opportunities and support business growth.

* Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.

* Ensure consistent achievement of assigned sales targets.

Requirements

* Experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in the education sector.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Previous experience managing 3+ employees.

* Strong team leadership, training, and motivation skills.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Laptop is mandatory.

* Willingness to work from the Calicut office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
