Open Therapy is looking for partner counsellors to join Australia's newest allied health platform. Set your own rate. Keep it. No ongoing commission, no subscription, no clinic overheads eating into your session fee.

How it works

• You set your rate, hours, and caseload
• See clients via telehealth, in person, or both
• We charge one flat fee on a client's first attended session — that's it. Every session after is 100% yours.

What you need

• Registered counsellor, current PACFA or ACA registration
• Open to telehealth, in-person, or both
• A client-centred approach to care
• Comfortable working as an independent practitioner

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
