Position description:

Assess and listen to patients through detailed conversations, provide counselling, take medical history, develop treatment/diet plans. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must, along with a willingness to coordinate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Counselling/explanation – treatments, IVF packages, financial, life style modification, injections, calendar, diet plan
• Conversions – advices vs. conversions
• Documentation/records – Consent forms of patients, donors’ records, patient medical history
• Follow – up – Patients, Donors, SM post ET / FET and BHCG, payments, procedure
• Coordination – Centre Manager, Doctors, Patients, Nurses, BD team, Embryology team other branches
• Checklist – diet charts, packages
• ARTis – Update Cryo Preservation, patient records
• Assistance – Scanning, front desk, doctors
• . Database management – Patients, drugs list, foot fall, medical history
• . Training – Nurses, BD team
• MIS & Reporting
