Mahi International School is looking for Counselors to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• Assessment: Conducting assessments and evaluations to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and social needs
• This includes gathering information about clients' backgrounds, concerns, and goals
• Individual Counseling: Providing one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients explore and address personal issues, develop coping strategies, and work toward mental and emotional well-being
• Group Counseling: Leading group therapy sessions or support groups for clients with similar concerns or goals
• Group counseling can provide a sense of community and shared experiences
• Crisis Intervention: Offering immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing acute emotional or psychological crises, such as suicidal thoughts or severe anxiety
• Treatment Planning: Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting goals, and outlining the strategies and interventions to achieve those goals
• Therapeutic Techniques: Utilizing various therapeutic techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, humanistic counseling, or mindfulness, depending on the client's needs
