What they need
Our esteemed client is currently seeking a Counter Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities of this position include preparing orders, taking customer payments and handling customer complaints. We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store and offer assistance with shopping.
- Knows store layout and locations of items.
- Contact customers if necessary about products or services.
- Handle customer complaints, returns or exchanges.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Experience:
