The Role

We are currently seeking a Counter Assistant to join our team on a part time basis. We would like someone who can work one Saturday and one Sunday per month plus additional days over the holidays and to cover staff time off.

This role is ideal for someone who like interacting the people and has a passion for yummy food.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services (full training provided)
• Assist customers with product selection
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workspace
• Make burgers and kebabs
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
• Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn (full training provided)
