Counter Associate

Job Summary

3 Wood Pizza and Pub is seeking a friendly and dependable Counter Associate to support guests at the front counter and help keep service running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well in a busy restaurant, and can handle orders accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately.
• Process customer payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Answer questions about menu items and available options.
• Package pizzas, salads, and other orders for pickup.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Keep the counter, dining area, and service stations clean and organized.
• Restock cups, utensils, containers, and other front-of-house supplies.
• Assist the team during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Friendly communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to order accuracy and cleanliness.
• Comfortable handling cash and electronic payments.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
