About the role
We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and customer-oriented Counter Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers, take orders, process payments, and ensure excellent service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Handle cash and other payment transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area
- Assist in restocking supplies and packaging materials
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
About you
- With or without experience; training will be provided
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Can work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
