The Opportunity

Are you from a trade, technical or merchant background and enjoy working with customers? This could be a great opportunity to take your industry knowledge into a customer-focused counter sales role.

We're looking for someone who understands the trade environment and can confidently work with customers to identify what they need, provide product advice and find the right solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the trade counter and provide knowledgeable service
• Process customer orders, quotes and sales accurately
• Provide product and pricing advice across a range of products
• Build strong relationships with trade customers
• Liaise with suppliers and the wider team to fulfil customer needs

About You

• Trade, technical, merchant or product-based industry experience
• Customer service, counter sales or internal sales experience
• Strong understanding of trade customers and their requirements
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills
• Practical, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to learn
