- Recommend suitable power tools, hand tools, accessories, and consumables based on customer needs.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targe
