Qualification:

• Graduate

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Counter Sales / Retail Sales / Customer Service
• Telecom or Retail experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote Airtel Prepaid, Postpaid, Broadband, DTH and other products.
• Handle customer queries, KYC and documentation.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-handling and sales skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
