About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Counter Sales Executive for a reputed Luxury Jewellery Brand. The candidate should have strong jewellery retail sales experience along with hands-on knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and provide a premium luxury retail experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Drive counter sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Explain jewellery designs, diamond specifications, pricing, and product features.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Lab-Grown Diamonds.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain product presentation and ensure excellent showroom standards.
• Support billing, stock coordination, and other store operations as required.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a reputed Jewellery Brand Mandatory.

• Lab-Grown Diamond experience – Mandatory.
• Experience in Luxury / Premium Jewellery Retail preferred.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and selling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong passion for luxury retail.
• Candidates currently or previously associated with established jewellery brands are preferred.
