Counter Sales Executive

• Qualification :

· Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.

· Good communication and customer-handling skills.

· Basic computer and billing.

· Good knowledge of Hindi; basic English preferred.

· Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.

Experience:

· 1–2 years of experience in counter sales/retail sales preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers at the sales counter.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Explain product features, prices, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain proper display and availability of products at the counter.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the inventory/store team to check product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales counter.
• Support achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer transactions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
