Counter Sales Representative

Loyd’s Electric Supply has a career opportunity in Branson MO, as we are currently looking for a Counter Sales Representative. A Counter Sales Representative should possess a strong passion for sales, particularly in products such as wire, circuit breakers, lighting, wiring devices, conduit, tools, and related items. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service while conducting face-to-face sales, processing phone orders, generating sales tickets, and personally fulfilling customer orders from the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and completing customer orders for pickup or delivery
• Offering in-person, phone, and email support with a friendly attitude and proactive, approachable customer service
• Keeping a clean and safe working environment
• Communicating and cooperating with supervisors and coworkers
• Following quality service standards and complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Physical requirements include the ability to regularly lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, use ladders, standing for extended periods, and moving throughout an industrial warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
