Counter Sales/Warehouse

JOB SUMMARY:

The qualified candidate will have a very customer-centric attitude. They will be expected to provide customer service both on the phones and at the counter. This individual will prepare quotes in a timely manner and source product when needed.They will be required to stay up to date with various promotions and industry/product knowledge training.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and Branch Manager, this cross-functional role will also require the successful candidate to assist with warehouse duties, deliveries and stock level/order management.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Help to maintain the appearance of the store front

• Receive orders and cross reference with packing slips

• Assist in keeping stock levels under control

• Customer quotes and inquiries

• Assist with order preparation

• Ongoing participation in webinars an vendor training to enhance understanding of product knowledge

• Pick and deliver orders as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILSS:

• Motivated and positive attitude

• Willingness to research and source information

• Active listener and great communicator

• Relevant product or industry knowledge preferred, but not required
