Counter Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional TAKE OUT SERVICE to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing friendly service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food and beverages promptly. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Duties

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter.
• Assist in restocking supplies as needed and support team members during busy periods.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or quick-service fast food environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Understanding of retail math for handling cash register operations effectively.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
• Experience in the grocery store or kitchen settings can be beneficial for understanding food service operations.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
